Arsenal v Sunderland Match Preview

Arsenal host Sunderland on Tuesday night aiming to keep their slender hopes of a top-four finish alive.

Arsene Wenger's side are three points off the pace as it stands and can ill-afford to endure any more slip-ups as they attempt to pip Manchester City at the post.

The Gunners will be installed as huge favourites against a team rooted to the foot of the table with little more than pride left to play for.

But there can be no room for complacency as the north Londoners seek to put David Moyes' men to the sword, with goal difference perhaps set to play a crucial role in the final Champions League spot.

Victor Anichebe picked up a hamstring complaint against Swansea and is set to be replaced by Wahbi Khazri if he fails to prove his fitness.
